Ombudsperson (honorary) (m/f/d)
As an ombus person (m/f/d), you are a neutral contact person for all full-time and voluntary employees at CADUS. In addition to the employees in the HR department, you will be asked if there are problems and conflicts that require external support. Your task is to advise the people who come forward and support them in the clarification process. You are detached from the structure of the association and work independently.
The workload will depend on the volume of complaints. Above all, it is important that you check your e-mails regularly and can be reached via them. The regular working hours will not be more than 1-3 hours a week, rather less.
What you should bring with you:
– Qualifications and practical experience in areas such as violence prevention, anti-discrimination or bullying intervention
– Strong counseling and mediation skills
– Optional: knowledge in the areas of labor law, HR, employee representation or works council
– Very good language skills in German and English
What tasks you can expect:
– Advice in one-to-one meetings and support in the search for options for action
– If necessary, referral to additional counseling services
– Accompanying or representing the reporting person at their request during interviews
– Publication of a (semi-)annual report to make your work transparent to the association
– if required and in compliance with the principle of confidentiality
