Location: Eastern Ukraine, multiple locations

Scope: 4 to 6 weeks (01.04.2025 to 10.05.2025)
Language: English (German and Ukraine is an asset)

Overview of the roles:

• Team members conduct ICU-level interfacility transports within Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Sumy Oblasts.
• Teams are embedded within the emergency dispatch systems of the Ukrainian healthcare system and Medecins sans Frontieres (MSF).
• The Medical Doctor serves as the clinical lead during transports while paired with a paramedic or nurse. They also take an active role in the day-to-day operational running of the service.

Requirements:

• Doctors with at least two years of post-graduate professional experience
• Mandatory to have experience with airways and ventilators E.g. anaesthesiologists, ICU doctors, emergency medicine doctors
• Experience in remote and/ or austere environment medicine is desirable
• Complete Covid-19 vaccination (currently three vaccinations) + standard vaccinations recommended by the STIKO
• Prehospital experience a strong asset
• Experience working collaboratively in a diverse team
